I slacked off and only took this set of self-portraits for this week. Normally I do a few, but Freya had been extra fussy so I didn't get much time without her in my arms. She's 3 months old now and that's normally one of the many times babies hit growth spurts, so I guess it makes sense that she's been fussy.
I had a feeling she'd spit up on me as soon as I set her on my chest, but I did it anyway...lol!
If I can go a whole day without getting covered in spit-up, then it's a great day! JK, it's a great day even if I am covered in spit-up...I wouldn't trade it for anything!
So much for posting weekly updates on my 52 week self-portrait project hahah. I've definitely fallen behind on doing that but at least I'm still taking the photos though.
Let's get right to it.
Can a gold mirror count as yellow? because if so, then we got some primary colors going on. Awww yea!
We took our Christmas tree down this day. To celebrate, my girls and I did some long exposure photos and danced around with the lights.
Bath time shenanigans with these goofs.
Baby wearing for the win! 👍 She was fighting her nap all day but fell asleep within minutes of being put in the carrier.
Beautiful morning sun coming in the windows. I just had to take advantage of the awesome shadows it was creating.
Making story time memories in a tent with my girlies.
Seriously my new favorite photo of my daughters and I. I just love the light that comes into their bedroom window too!
OMG, so much tired. I was exhausted in this photo. I did not sleep well at all the night before. My three month old must've known I wasn't sleeping well and she woke up constantly throughout the night too. Ugh! Those days/nights happen though and you just power through.
And that's all I have for ya. Hopefully within this next week I'll have Week Six's photos blogged, so stay tuned!
